Coco Oil Good Vs Alzheimer’s | : The results of a clinical study undertaken by Dr. Suzanne de la Monte of Rhode Island Hospital and published recently in the Journal of Alzheimer’s disease have created quite a stir at the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), which is now poised to support a campaign to promote both coconut oil and coconut sap sugar as a one-two punch against the ailment.
De la Monte’s study, PCA administrator Euclides G. Forbes said, demonstrated that consuming more saturated fats like coconut oil helps reduce the inflammation in the brain that promotes the progression of Alzheimer’s disease
